Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Cut in the shortening. Mix together the milk and eggs, then stir into the mixture.
Knead it a bit into more flour until the correct consistency is reached. You're aiming for biscuit consistency. Pat or roll out to biscuit thickness and cut like biscuits.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
